nice place, helpful staff from the friendly staff at the front desk to all the housekeepers. very clean bed in double room with a fridge, air conditioner, and a multi-channel tv. particularly nice views, unbeatable and excellent location in twentynine palms. just next door to eateries, many restaurants, and gas stations, and palm springs for the night. great choice for trip.

Fairly clean hotel, loved to be next to 29 Palms as well as Palm Springs for the night thanks to unbeatable and decent location. The rooms were attractive and brand-new with a microwave, bathroom, an ashtray, nothing too much trouble.

I made a reservation of a non smoking ground floor for 2nights. Upon check in, I was to be on the 3rd floor in a smoking room. We did not stay there. We also had paid for our room before being told the details there for I had money tied up on my credit card I could not use. They did provide a first floor nonsmoking for the 2nd night.

Motel check-in was easy and clerk very concerned with our comfort.

hotel maids were not concerned with the image of the motel. They left two washcloths laying on the 2nd floor walkway for two days. Also the bedspread was not thrown over the pillows to complete the bed making for our 3 day stay.

My double room here came with a microwave and a new air conditioning unit, which were updated and had all the essentials I needed.
